Last year most property sales in Dymchurch involved detached properties which sold for on average £293,522. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £264,025, while terraced properties fetched £247,500.
Dymchurch, with an overall average price of £275,952, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Littlestone (£285,811), but was more expensive than New Romney (£247,093) and cheaper than Lympne (£331,470).
During the last year, sold prices in Dymchurch were similar to the previous year and 33% up on 2007 when the average house price was £207,411.
