The majority of sales in Ealing during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £438,973. Terraced properties sold for an average of £729,311, with semi-detached properties fetching £965,590.
Ealing, with an overall average price of £628,636, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Ealing (£607,228), but was more expensive than South Ealing (£575,253) and Elthorne Heights (£475,753).
Overall sold prices in Ealing over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 33% up on the 2012 level of £471,869.
