The majority of sales in Ealing during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £486,900. Terraced properties sold for an average of £761,991, with semi-detached properties fetching £986,317.
Ealing, with an overall average price of £650,689, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Ealing (£635,877), but was more expensive than South Ealing (£586,147) and Elthorne Heights (£491,384).
Overall sold prices in Ealing over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 22% up on the 2013 level of £533,056.
