The majority of sales in Ealing during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £423,903. Terraced properties sold for an average of £717,976, with semi-detached properties fetching £982,510.
Ealing, with an overall average price of £640,351, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Ealing (£612,680), but was more expensive than South Ealing (£556,286) and Elthorne Heights (£458,631).
Overall sold prices in Ealing over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 36% up on the 2012 level of £471,869.
