Last year most property sales in East Barnet involved flats which sold for on average £387,749. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £574,570, while semi-detached properties fetched £581,242.
East Barnet, with an overall average price of £513,752 was more expensive than nearby New Barnet (£484,831), but was cheaper than Whetstone (£608,872) and Cockfosters (£648,893).
During the last year, sold prices in East Barnet were 10% up on the previous year and 38% up on 2013 when the average house price was £371,476.
