Most of the sales in East Preston over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £642,421. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £312,257 and flats averaged at £201,685.
East Preston, with an overall average price of £448,010 was more expensive than nearby Ferring (£400,959) and Rustington (£315,956), but was cheaper than Angmering-On-Sea (£525,309).
In the past year house prices in East Preston were 5% up on the year before and 23% up on 2014 when they averaged at £364,427.
