Last year most property sales in Eastcote Village involved flats which sold for on average £353,074. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £627,029, while terraced properties fetched £517,213.
Eastcote Village, with an overall average price of £535,535, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Pinnerwood Park (£561,123), but was more expensive than Ruislip (£489,440) and cheaper than Eastcote (£564,138).
During the last year, sold prices in Eastcote Village were 5% up on the previous year and 24% up on 2014 when the average house price was £433,081.
