Last year most property sales in Eastcote Village involved flats which sold for on average £345,446. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £629,310, while terraced properties fetched £510,326.
Eastcote Village, with an overall average price of £542,069, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Pinnerwood Park (£546,083), but was more expensive than Ruislip (£495,225) and cheaper than Eastcote (£574,743).
During the last year, sold prices in Eastcote Village were 9% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2014 when the average house price was £433,137.
