Last year most property sales in Eden Park involved terraced properties which sold for on average £551,076. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £675,500, while detached properties fetched £1,128,500.
Eden Park, with an overall average price of £656,053 was more expensive than nearby Beckenham (£541,348) and Elmers End (£505,661), but was cheaper than Park Langley (£966,197).
During the last year, sold prices in Eden Park were 9% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2015 when the average house price was £555,509.
