Most of the sales in Edgmond Marsh over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £339,791. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £172,275 and terraced properties averaged at £280,272.
Edgmond Marsh, with an overall average price of £268,364 was more expensive than nearby Newport (£223,992), but was cheaper than Norbury (£328,083) and Bromstead Heath (£318,674).
In the past year house prices in Edgmond Marsh were 6% up on the year before and 6% down on 2011 when they averaged at £285,249.
