The majority of sales in Edgware during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £329,023. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £597,837, with terraced properties fetching £425,124.
Edgware, with an overall average price of £444,579 was more expensive than nearby Burnt Oak (£341,872) and Grahame Park (£362,677), but was cheaper than Edgwarebury (£495,405).
Overall sold prices in Edgware over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 23% up on the 2013 level of £360,572.
