Last year most property sales in Enfield involved terraced properties which sold for on average £361,640. Flats sold for an average price of £248,741, while semi-detached properties fetched £478,006.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £351,030 was more expensive than nearby Forty Hill (£326,754), but was cheaper than Enfield Town (£372,477) and Chase Side (£381,083).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 14% up on the previous year and 29% up on 2013 when the average house price was £271,426.
