Last year most property sales in Enfield involved terraced properties which sold for on average £329,553. Flats sold for an average price of £226,068, while semi-detached properties fetched £429,057.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £319,486, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Town (£329,431) and Chase Side (£333,965), but was more expensive than Forty Hill (£262,315).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 14% up on the previous year and 24% up on 2010 when the average house price was £256,683.
