Last year most property sales in Enfield involved terraced properties which sold for on average £349,053. Flats sold for an average price of £239,227, while semi-detached properties fetched £463,777.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £338,649, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Town (£353,751), but was more expensive than Forty Hill (£304,483) and cheaper than Chase Side (£360,562).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 12% up on the previous year and 32% up on 2010 when the average house price was £256,683.
