Last year most property sales in Enfield involved flats which sold for on average £222,789. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £327,361, while semi-detached properties fetched £425,397.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £314,223, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Town (£323,562), but was more expensive than Forty Hill (£260,909) and cheaper than Chase Side (£330,064).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 14% up on the previous year and 22% up on 2010 when the average house price was £256,683.
