Last year most property sales in Enfield involved terraced properties which sold for on average £434,745. Flats sold for an average price of £281,111, while semi-detached properties fetched £537,121.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £407,027, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Town (£422,176), but was more expensive than Forty Hill (£365,247) and cheaper than Chase Side (£445,523).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 4% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2014 when the average house price was £305,298.
