Last year most property sales in Enfield involved flats which sold for on average £215,265. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £323,275, while semi-detached properties fetched £421,427.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £306,484, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Enfield Town (£321,687), but was more expensive than Forty Hill (£261,006) and cheaper than Chase Side (£334,224).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were 11% up on the previous year and 19% up on 2010 when the average house price was £256,826.
