The majority of sales in Enfield Chase during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £315,801. Terraced properties sold for an average of £515,737, with semi-detached properties fetching £618,602.
Enfield Chase, with an overall average price of £419,436, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chase Side (£429,693) and Botany Bay (£399,188), but was cheaper than Grange Park (£815,202).
Overall sold prices in Enfield Chase over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 34% up on the 2013 level of £313,910.
