Last year most property sales in Evercreech involved detached properties which sold for on average £326,933. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £208,137, while semi-detached properties fetched £207,363.
Evercreech, with an overall average price of £245,684 was more expensive than nearby Shepton Mallet (£211,645), but was cheaper than Bruton (£363,537) and Castle Cary (£289,088).
During the last year, sold prices in Evercreech were similar to the previous year and 11% up on 2010 when the average house price was £222,106.
