Everleigh, with an overall average price of £350,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upavon (£339,500), but was more expensive than Tidworth (£172,161) and Collingbourne Ducis (£288,112).
During the last year, sold prices in Everleigh were 27% down on the previous year and 56% down on 2012 when the average house price was £792,000.
There were only 2 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
