Last year most property sales in Eynsham involved terraced properties which sold for on average £298,708. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £345,411, while detached properties fetched £462,359.
Eynsham, with an overall average price of £336,513 was more expensive than nearby Witney (£310,008), but was cheaper than Freeland (£468,273) and Long Hanborough (£404,630).
During the last year, sold prices in Eynsham were 3% up on the previous year and 3% down on 2013 when the average house price was £347,186.
