Last year most property sales in Eynsham involved terraced properties which sold for on average £283,425. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £305,278, while detached properties fetched £494,372.
Eynsham, with an overall average price of £330,586, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Freeland (£338,958), but was more expensive than Witney (£310,285) and cheaper than Long Hanborough (£373,026).
During the last year, sold prices in Eynsham were 4% up on the previous year and 5% down on 2013 when the average house price was £347,186.
