The majority of sales in Fairlop during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £449,628. Flats sold for an average of £272,535, with semi-detached properties fetching £437,533.
Fairlop, with an overall average price of £404,252, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hainault (£384,488) and Barkingside (£413,626), but was cheaper than Fullwell Cross (£431,788).
Overall sold prices in Fairlop over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and 34% up on the 2014 level of £302,429.
