Most of the sales in Farnham Common over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £1,193,892. Flats had an average sold price of £262,556 and terraced properties averaged at £482,600.
Farnham Common, with an overall average price of £815,284 was more expensive than nearby Stoke Poges (£637,138) and Burnham (£419,072), but was cheaper than Beaconsfield (£930,834).
In the past year house prices in Farnham Common were 11% up on the year before and 23% up on 2012 when they averaged at £664,016.
