Last year most property sales in Finchley Church End involved flats which sold for on average £419,352. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £891,868, while terraced properties fetched £596,771.
Finchley Church End, with an overall average price of £631,724 was more expensive than nearby Finchley (£519,435), North Finchley (£469,666) and Woodside Park (£511,851).
During the last year, sold prices in Finchley Church End were 10% up on the previous year and 31% up on 2012 when the average house price was £483,679.
