Most of the sales in Flixton over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £233,999. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £211,565 and detached properties averaged at £311,533.
Flixton, with an overall average price of £234,251, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Davyhulme (£234,251) and Urmston (£233,406), but was more expensive than Eccles (£158,706).
In the past year house prices in Flixton were 9% up on the year before and 20% up on 2014 when they averaged at £195,817.
