Last year most property sales in Framlingham involved detached properties which sold for on average £353,999. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £236,023, while semi-detached properties fetched £260,936.
Framlingham, with an overall average price of £298,420, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wickham Market (£301,363), but was more expensive than Saxmundham (£244,845) and Rendlesham (£211,457).
During the last year, sold prices in Framlingham were 19% up on the previous year and 8% up on 2011 when the average house price was £275,066.
