Most of the sales in Fulbourn over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £370,307. Detached properties had an average sold price of £627,136 and terraced properties averaged at £306,833.
Fulbourn, with an overall average price of £445,276 was more expensive than nearby Cherry Hinton (£380,367) and Bottisham (£402,259), but was cheaper than Cambridge (£518,903).
In the past year house prices in Fulbourn were 11% up on the year before and 7% down on 2015 when they averaged at £476,803.
