Most of the sales in Fulbourn over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £574,400. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £384,625 and terraced properties averaged at £282,143.
Fulbourn, with an overall average price of £395,041, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bottisham (£386,196), but was more expensive than Cherry Hinton (£362,352) and cheaper than Cambridge (£473,457).
In the past year house prices in Fulbourn were 14% down on the year before and 16% up on 2014 when they averaged at £340,870.
