Fulstow, with an overall average price of £202,800 was more expensive than nearby Marshchapel (£162,800), but was cheaper than Tetney (£226,324) and North Thoresby (£219,217).
During the last year, sold prices in Fulstow were 18% up on the previous year and 12% down on 2010 when the average house price was £231,500.
