Last year most property sales in Goring involved detached properties which sold for on average £773,786. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £541,994, while terraced properties fetched £393,857.
Goring, with an overall average price of £580,900 was more expensive than nearby Cholsey (£382,063) and Wallingford (£403,288), but was cheaper than Woodcote (£612,853).
