The majority of sales in Great Dunmow during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £550,869. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £360,593, with terraced properties fetching £314,413.
Great Dunmow, with an overall average price of £419,713 was more expensive than nearby Dunmow (£379,206) and Little Dunmow (£386,891), but was cheaper than Felsted (£595,288).
Overall sold prices in Great Dunmow over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 24% up on the 2014 level of £339,714.
