Great Eversden, with an overall average price of £523,333 was more expensive than nearby Comberton (£445,200) and Bourn (£389,741), but was cheaper than Barrington (£587,750).
During the last year, sold prices in Great Eversden were 20% down on the previous year and 31% down on 2010 when the average house price was £761,667.
There were only 3 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
