Last year most property sales in Great Stanmore involved flats which sold for on average £379,662. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £564,242, while detached properties fetched £1,076,750.
Great Stanmore, with an overall average price of £585,436 was more expensive than nearby Canons Park (£506,601) and Belmont (£474,119), but was cheaper than Stanmore (£625,254).
During the last year, sold prices in Great Stanmore were 22% down on the previous year and 6% up on 2014 when the average house price was £554,009.
