Last year most property sales in Greenwich involved flats which sold for on average £500,072. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £788,503, while detached properties fetched £2,472,944.
Greenwich, with an overall average price of £562,961 was more expensive than nearby Deptford (£432,902), Charlton (£455,829) and Kidbrooke (£484,675).
During the last year, sold prices in Greenwich were 12% up on the previous year and 17% up on 2014 when the average house price was £481,582.
