Most of the sales in Hagley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £491,040. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £311,765 and terraced properties averaged at £231,152.
Hagley, with an overall average price of £363,673 was more expensive than nearby Blakedown (£326,250), but was cheaper than Clent (£474,292) and Broome (£755,000).
In the past year house prices in Hagley were 6% up on the year before and 7% up on 2012 when they averaged at £340,473.
