The majority of sales in Hailsham during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £237,623. Detached properties sold for an average of £325,643, with terraced properties fetching £202,212.

Hailsham, with an overall average price of £250,520, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Polegate (£245,464), but was cheaper than Herstmonceux (£269,275) and Stone Cross (£309,407).

Overall sold prices in Hailsham over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 18% up on the 2013 level of £212,316.
