The majority of sales in Hale during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £340,512. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £486,496, with flats fetching £262,273.
Hale, with an overall average price of £451,455 was more expensive than nearby Altrincham (£374,590) and Timperley (£265,185), but was cheaper than Bowdon (£587,828).
Overall sold prices in Hale over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 9% down on the 2011 level of £496,434.
