The majority of sales in Hale during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £325,701. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £493,371, with detached properties fetching £781,999.
Hale, with an overall average price of £456,658 was more expensive than nearby Altrincham (£359,251) and Timperley (£256,332), but was cheaper than Bowdon (£569,869).
Overall sold prices in Hale over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 8% down on the 2011 level of £496,434.
