Last year most property sales in Halewood involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £135,906. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £110,541, while detached properties fetched £198,683.
Halewood, with an overall average price of £140,201 was more expensive than nearby Speke (£99,306), but was cheaper than Woolton (£202,178) and Garston (£180,180).
During the last year, sold prices in Halewood were 5% up on the previous year and 9% down on 2005 when the average house price was £154,562.
