Last year most property sales in Halewood involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £131,636. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £103,893, while detached properties fetched £195,881.
Halewood, with an overall average price of £135,685 was more expensive than nearby Speke (£103,597), but was cheaper than Woolton (£193,398) and Garston (£161,285).
During the last year, sold prices in Halewood were 4% up on the previous year and 12% down on 2005 when the average house price was £154,562.
