Last year most property sales in Halewood involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £145,205. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £108,379, while detached properties fetched £215,923.
Halewood, with an overall average price of £150,583 was more expensive than nearby Speke (£108,942), but was cheaper than Woolton (£218,653) and Garston (£202,730).
During the last year, sold prices in Halewood were 4% up on the previous year and similar to 2005 when the average house price was £154,301.
