Last year most property sales in Halewood involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £133,537. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £105,203, while detached properties fetched £196,970.
Halewood, with an overall average price of £137,035 was more expensive than nearby Speke (£106,475), but was cheaper than Woolton (£193,679) and Garston (£165,799).
During the last year, sold prices in Halewood were 6% up on the previous year and 11% down on 2005 when the average house price was £154,562.
