Last year most property sales in Halewood involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £141,292. Detached properties sold for an average price of £216,871, while terraced properties fetched £112,357.
Halewood, with an overall average price of £154,756 was more expensive than nearby Speke (£105,958), but was cheaper than Woolton (£214,496) and Garston (£198,182).
During the last year, sold prices in Halewood were 13% up on the previous year and similar to 2005 when the average house price was £154,301.
