Most of the sales in Hampstead Garden Suburb over the past year were flats which on average sold for £512,605. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £1,316,982 and terraced properties averaged at £889,755.
Hampstead Garden Suburb, with an overall average price of £1,220,514 was more expensive than nearby Temple Fortune (£1,070,091), Golders Green (£981,071) and East Finchley (£888,419).
In the past year house prices in Hampstead Garden Suburb were 16% up on the year before and 31% up on 2011 when they averaged at £929,088.
