Last year most property sales in Hampton Hill involved flats which sold for on average £319,495. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £677,587, while terraced properties fetched £653,964.
Hampton Hill, with an overall average price of £542,162, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hampton (£559,170), but was cheaper than Strawberry Hill (£714,450) and Teddington (£662,050).
During the last year, sold prices in Hampton Hill were 10% up on the previous year and 24% up on 2012 when the average house price was £435,751.
