Most of the sales in Harefield over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £473,328. Flats had an average sold price of £345,358 and terraced properties averaged at £466,500.
Harefield, with an overall average price of £452,319, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harefield Grove (£452,319), but was cheaper than Northwood (£792,565) and West Ruislip (£528,305).
In the past year house prices in Harefield were 3% up on the year before and 23% up on 2015 when they averaged at £368,326.
