Last year most property sales in Harold Hill involved terraced properties which sold for on average £237,268. Flats sold for an average price of £190,786, while semi-detached properties fetched £261,452.
Harold Hill, with an overall average price of £233,618, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Noak Hill (£233,745), but was cheaper than Harold Wood (£274,943) and Harold Park (£272,136).
During the last year, sold prices in Harold Hill were 14% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2008 when the average house price was £186,282.
