The majority of sales in Hayes during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £492,586. Detached properties sold for an average of £627,811, with flats fetching £256,080.
Hayes, with an overall average price of £462,883, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Wickham (£458,538) and Coney Hall (£460,652), but was cheaper than Park Langley (£846,973).
Overall sold prices in Hayes over the last year were 23% up on the previous year and 26% up on the 2012 level of £368,393.
