The majority of sales in Hayes during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £516,171. Flats sold for an average of £235,331, with detached properties fetching £683,080.
Hayes, with an overall average price of £466,337, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Wickham (£470,486) and Coney Hall (£473,671), but was cheaper than Park Langley (£856,519).
Overall sold prices in Hayes over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 27% up on the 2012 level of £368,393.
