The majority of sales in Hayes during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £513,610. Flats sold for an average of £262,329, with terraced properties fetching £371,273.
Hayes, with an overall average price of £460,371, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Wickham (£475,077), but was cheaper than Coney Hall (£484,598) and Park Langley (£863,859).
Overall sold prices in Hayes over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 23% up on the 2010 level of £372,995.
