The majority of sales in Hayes during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £559,757. Flats sold for an average of £240,187, with detached properties fetching £706,154.
Hayes, with an overall average price of £506,906, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Wickham (£508,304) and Coney Hall (£500,890), but was cheaper than Park Langley (£953,789).
Overall sold prices in Hayes over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 34% up on the 2013 level of £378,868.
