The majority of sales in Hayes End during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £240,628. Terraced properties sold for an average of £356,540, with semi-detached properties fetching £411,112.
Hayes End, with an overall average price of £328,277, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hayes Town (£340,356) and Hayes (£321,486), but was cheaper than Uxbridge Common (£373,443).
Overall sold prices in Hayes End over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and 22% up on the 2014 level of £269,818.
