Most of the sales in Hazelslack over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £376,573. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £240,498 and terraced properties averaged at £200,010.
Hazelslack, with an overall average price of £288,221, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Levens (£293,908), but was more expensive than Carnforth (£211,985) and Endmoor (£224,458).
In the past year house prices in Hazelslack were 12% up on the year before and 8% down on 2008 when they averaged at £313,557.
