Most of the sales in Headington over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £370,888. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £314,646 and flats averaged at £226,233.
Headington, with an overall average price of £367,947 was more expensive than nearby Cowley (£330,714), but was cheaper than Marston (£399,360) and Oxford (£445,328).
In the past year house prices in Headington were 13% up on the year before and 21% up on 2012 when they averaged at £304,166.
