Most of the sales in Heath over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £227,600. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £289,533 and flats averaged at £126,500.
Heath, with an overall average price of £243,581, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Birchgrove (£247,786), but was more expensive than Cardiff (£216,698) and cheaper than Lakeside (£341,763).
In the past year house prices in Heath were 5% up on the year before and 13% up on 2014 when they averaged at £215,975.
