The majority of sales in Hessle during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £120,014. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £172,817, with detached properties fetching £319,812.
Hessle, with an overall average price of £171,185 was more expensive than nearby Anlaby (£149,038), but was cheaper than Kirk Ella (£243,012) and Swanland (£355,232).
Overall sold prices in Hessle over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 7% up on the 2013 level of £160,529.
