The majority of sales in High Halden during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £473,867. Terraced properties sold for an average of £230,000, with semi-detached properties fetching £282,333.
High Halden, with an overall average price of £397,955 was more expensive than nearby Tenterden (£358,800), but was cheaper than Biddenden (£531,529) and Woodchurch (£445,357).
Overall sold prices in High Halden over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 14% down on the 2011 level of £465,231.
There were only 22 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
