Most of the sales in High Wycombe over the past year were flats which on average sold for £167,131. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £271,241 and terraced properties averaged at £251,256.
High Wycombe, with an overall average price of £256,796 was more expensive than nearby Loudwater (£234,096), but was cheaper than Tylers Green (£582,262) and Hazlemere (£406,519).
In the past year house prices in High Wycombe were 4% up on the year before and 12% up on 2012 when they averaged at £230,277.
