Most of the sales in High Wycombe over the past year were flats which on average sold for £170,247. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £273,314 and terraced properties averaged at £253,410.
High Wycombe, with an overall average price of £259,842 was more expensive than nearby Loudwater (£237,118), but was cheaper than Tylers Green (£581,159) and Hazlemere (£397,799).
In the past year house prices in High Wycombe were 4% up on the year before and 13% up on 2012 when they averaged at £230,277.
