Last year most property sales in Hillingdon Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £389,916. Flats sold for an average price of £241,145, while semi-detached properties fetched £383,931.
Hillingdon Heath, with an overall average price of £365,326, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Uxbridge (£375,572) and North Hillingdon (£375,508), but was more expensive than Hillingdon (£336,683).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon Heath were 10% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2007 when the average house price was £274,232.
