Last year most property sales in Hillingdon Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £376,019. Flats sold for an average price of £245,861, while semi-detached properties fetched £395,741.
Hillingdon Heath, with an overall average price of £363,603 was more expensive than nearby Hillingdon (£341,021), but was cheaper than Uxbridge (£383,613) and North Hillingdon (£381,895).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon Heath were 6% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2007 when the average house price was £274,232.
