Last year most property sales in Hillingdon Heath involved flats which sold for on average £295,955. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £404,276, while semi-detached properties fetched £430,973.
Hillingdon Heath, with an overall average price of £396,703, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hillingdon (£386,784), but was cheaper than Uxbridge (£421,003) and North Hillingdon (£419,031).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon Heath were 11% up on the previous year and 29% up on 2013 when the average house price was £307,464.
