Last year most property sales in Hillingdon Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £380,103. Flats sold for an average price of £242,747, while semi-detached properties fetched £370,796.
Hillingdon Heath, with an overall average price of £355,060, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Uxbridge (£370,919), but was more expensive than Hillingdon (£331,243) and cheaper than North Hillingdon (£376,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon Heath were 6% up on the previous year and 29% up on 2007 when the average house price was £274,232.
