Last year most property sales in Hillingdon Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £371,248. Flats sold for an average price of £243,639, while semi-detached properties fetched £353,125.
Hillingdon Heath, with an overall average price of £350,969, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Uxbridge (£356,472), but was more expensive than Hillingdon (£321,382) and cheaper than North Hillingdon (£375,956).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon Heath were 13% up on the previous year and 28% up on 2007 when the average house price was £274,232.
