Last year most property sales in Hillingdon involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £450,094. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £413,512, while flats fetched £256,798.
Hillingdon, with an overall average price of £418,567 was more expensive than nearby Uxbridge Common (£385,884), but was cheaper than Hillingdon Heath (£451,076) and Uxbridge (£471,211).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon were 8% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2014 when the average house price was £314,868.
