Last year most property sales in Holbeach involved detached properties which sold for on average £201,014. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £139,446, while terraced properties fetched £132,533.
Holbeach, with an overall average price of £176,649, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Long Sutton (£171,519), but was cheaper than Moulton (£228,969) and Sutton St. James (£214,153).
During the last year, sold prices in Holbeach were 12% up on the previous year and 13% up on 2007 when the average house price was £155,674.
