Last year most property sales in Holly Village involved flats which sold for on average £631,381. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £1,505,943, while semi-detached properties fetched £1,629,821.
Holly Village, with an overall average price of £1,255,526 was more expensive than nearby Muswell Hill (£711,861), Crouch End (£580,618) and Hornsey (£573,104).
During the last year, sold prices in Holly Village were 38% up on the previous year and 58% up on 2010 when the average house price was £793,683.
