The majority of sales in Holywell during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £192,526. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £113,821, with terraced properties fetching £97,563.
Holywell, with an overall average price of £143,188, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Carmel (£146,423), but was more expensive than Greenfield (£107,624) and cheaper than Brynford (£197,719).
Overall sold prices in Holywell over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and 9% down on the 2007 level of £157,771.
